Free Doorstep Pickup and Delivery

We offer free doorstep pickup and delivery for all orders within our service area, subject to a minimum order value. Our delivery partner will collect your laundry from your address and deliver your clean garments back to you at a time that suits you best.

Scheduling a Pickup

You can schedule a pickup by filling out the booking form on our website or by contacting us directly on phone or WhatsApp. Our team will confirm your pickup slot and share the expected pickup window with you before the visit.

Service Areas

Our pickup and delivery service is available across Hyderabad, including Sainikpuri, Kapra, Yapral, Secunderabad and surrounding areas. If your address falls outside our service area, we will let you know and suggest the nearest alternative.

Delivery Timelines

We offer fast turnaround times so you get your clothes back quickly.

• Standard delivery: 48 hours from pickup
• Express delivery: 24 hours from pickup
• Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 10:00 AM, subject to service area

Preparing Your Laundry

Please keep your laundry in a bag or container and hand it over to our delivery partner during the scheduled slot. Separate delicate items, whites and coloured garments where possible, and remove all items from pockets.

Missed Pickup or Delivery

If you miss a scheduled pickup or delivery, please contact us to reschedule at the earliest available slot. Repeated missed appointments may affect your ability to use our services, and charges may apply for special re-arrangements at your request.

Delivery Instructions

You can share specific delivery instructions, such as leaving the package with a neighbour or at a security desk, at the time of booking. Our delivery partner will follow these instructions only when you provide them explicitly.
